You can delete your usnapit account and everything stored against it at any time. There is no waiting period and no support ticket to raise.
1.From the app
- Open usnapit and go to You.
- Under Account, tap Delete account.
- Confirm with your password.
Your account, your food log, your photos' thumbnails, your weight history, your goal and your targets are removed straight away.
2.If you cannot get into the app
Email support@usnapit.app with the subject "Delete my account", from the address on the account, and we will delete it for you. We will confirm once it is done.
3.What deletion does not cover
- Your subscription. Billing belongs to Apple or Google. Cancel it separately in your App Store or Google Play settings, or you will keep being charged.
- Health app data. Anything usnapit wrote into Apple Health or Health Connect stays there. Remove it in the Health app itself.
- Data on the device. Deleting the app removes the local copy.
